Will all designs be available forever?
Due to the nature of wood products, specific wood combinations and visual appearance may vary with each iteration of a product. If you see a design you particularly like, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Can I customize my order?
Yes, customization is always an option! Personalization can be added to most products in the form of engraving or wood burning. For more complex customization such as specific wood types or commissions, please reach out to us at customs@lnwwoodworking.com.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders vary depending on the complexity of a project, anywhere from 4-12 weeks. If you have a specific need date for your order, mention that in your custom request and we will do our best to meet that timeframe!
Why do shipping costs vary so much?
How are custom order prices calculated?
Custom order quotes are broken down into material costs, design time, and manual labor. A breakdown of estimates for each will be provided with your official quote!
All of our products are solid hardwood, which means they cannot be broken down and flat-packed to save on shipping costs. Thinner, smaller products fit within typical shipping volumes and cost less - larger products require special packaging and therefore tend to cost more. If you are local to the LA area, dropoff (for a small fee) or pickup (free!) are also available.
